The winter 5-star food: Hokkaido crab feast

Hokkaido is a place full of charms, all kinds of food so delicious that I eat my fill except the beauty feasts my eyes. There’s no reason to eat crab in Hokkaido. From every November to the following March, all this time is the best season for eating crab. The ways of eating crab are varied and numerous. Beside crabmeat sushi and sashimi, Grilled crab, Crab tempura, Crab porridge, Crab hot pot, Crab meat steamed rice also are crab dishes. The most classic dish is steamed king crab legs. Hokkaido has the four king crabs, including king crabs, matsuba crab , mitten crab, hanasaki crab. King crab is listed first in Hokkaido four king crabs, very fresh and sweet tasting, thick and fleshy, is better known for its delicious, apply to sashimi, hot pot, charcoal. We cook king crab in large pots and then tear at king crab with our hands, so eat up!

Mitten crab, its size is comparatively small with that of king crab. Mitten crab have less meat, but its meat is so tender and juicy. Mitten crab is triumph of its thick crab paste.

Matsuba crab legs, its meat delicate, slightly sweet flavour and crab flavour. When we eat these raw or uncooked, generally should first put it into cold water for about 5 minutes, then we open matsuba crab legs, inside is thin strips of crabmeat, like shining pine needle, it is easy to eat. This is supposed to be the origin of the name of Matsuba crab.

Crabmeat salad, the feeling in the mouth is pure, it does not have that fishy aftertaste and greasy feeling.

The crab’s shell is roasted on the stove, a fragrant smell of crab waft.

Crab tempura serves with dipping sauce made with soy sauce and grated radish, when I’m eating. Fresh and tender, fragrant but not too greasy.

King crab’s price ranges from RMB 500 yuan to RMB 700 yuan according to the size of king crab.

Hokkaido, surrounded by the sea, its seafood have long enjoyed a good reputation. Sushi is made with a combination of shellfish, raw fish, vegetables, and seasoned rice. Traditional Hokkaido style Sushi is the most delicious in Japan.

The pentium roaring Niagara Falls in Canada

My visit to Ontario, Canada, Niagara Falls is my most important stop.

Towards the rising sun, I see sunrise filtering through the rising mist at the base of the giant waterfall, Niagara waterfall cascades down in the silvery light.

This picture, the rising mist on the right is Niagara Falls, the waterfall above on the left is American falls. And here, I will tell you a little bit of Niagara Falls, here straddles the border between Ontario and New York, Niagara Falls is located in Canada, American falls is located in America. Niagara Falls is one of the most famous natural landscape in the American continent, the average flow is 5720 cubic meters / sec, Niagara Falls together with Iguazu Falls and Victoria Falls are regarded as three cross-border waterfalls in the world.

The morning fresh air, the green color jumps into my eyes, the song of birds, whether morning exercise people run next to I or run towards me, everybody smiles and nods, say morning. A good mood starts in the early morning, a beautiful day launches from here.

Autumn in Canada is the most alluring, a tall tower in the distance is its landmark Skylon Tower, it rises 775 feet above Niagara Falls, the top-floor revolving restaurant is the best place to see the mighty Niagara Falls.

At last I look the giant waterfall at eye level. The roar continues to echo in my ears, I feel really good emotion.

We happen to pass American falls.

Without question, I prefer Niagara Falls, getting closer and closer to me, the sun has risen.

I just suddenly reminded of a poem, “it’s torrent dashes down three thousand feet from high, as if the Silver River fell down from azure sky”. No wonder why there is an old saying: “Seeing is believing!”

And then we look back American falls, it measures just 80 meters wide, its weakness is self-evident. Two waterfalls water sources come from the same place. But Only 6 percent of water flow from American falls, the other 94 percent of water flow from Niagara Falls. Niagara Falls, and water plentiful, the water of Niagara Falls appear bright cyan, but the water of American falls appear blue.

There are many ways to see Niagra Falls. The most common is taking the “maid of the mist” for amazing close – ups, a breathtaking experience of being near Niagara Falls. Besides, there are other ways such as by helicopter, by jet boat, riding on the cableway and so on.

I choose to see Niagara Falls by helicopter. This is our helicopter, a 6-seat helicopter. I can’t remember its type, I know nothing except that it is the quietest helicopter in the world and it is highly secure.

I am in luck, on the day when I see Niagara waterfall, it is a warm day, I have a splendid view of a rainbow because of the very good visibility.

The alternative pig restaurant in America

For Chinese eaters, the restaurant’s name is just not a nice sound. According to the Chinese tradition’s idea, its name may have some impact on his business, an American flavor may be completely different from that of Chinese.

Generally speaking, here selling pork give priority to, which is called pig restaurant.

The outdoor eating area is just like a pigsty.

In the restaurant, moreover, is a pig world.

We sit down and order our meal, a pig’s head appears before us.

I first not anxiously see the menu and want to take a little walk in the lobby.

The bar counter is nothing without pig.

The cash desk is dotted with pigs.

Pig is companions to local diners.

Any part of the restaurant can not leave pig’s shadow.

Serving on the dishes! Try fried pork chop, not vulgar flavor, total feel a trifle once acquaint with.

Eating mouth touch of, I walk to the kitchen side and have a quick look, Yo, the two pigs also are put on the oven.

Walking around, I look around to see, all of them are the interesting pigs.
